Gene Bowling

I have over twenty-five years of experience as a Board-Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist. In 2015, I acquired the Miracle-Ear franchise for Thurston County and continue to enjoy working on a daily basis in our Lacey office. From 1998 to the present, I have served as a Board-Certified Hearing Aid Specialist at this same location. I specialize in accurate tuning of the hearing aids using the newest equipment. I enjoy the relationship that I have with our patients and being able to help them hear their friends and family, on a life changing level. It is a pleasure to work for a company that supplies me with the best of products and offers the support they need. I take pride in being able to solve issues that others could not.

Wesley Miller

Audioprosthologist
Wesley is the owner of the Miracle-Ear Franchise in Southeastern New Mexico. He began his hearing aid career in 1987 after leaving the US Army. He moved to Roswell, NM in 1991 to open the local Miracle-Ear Hearing Center. Wesley has been a practicing Hearing Instrument Specialist for over 30 years. He is a New Mexico licensed, Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist and is a member of the American Conference of Audioprosthology. He has served the community over the years including United Way Allocations Committee, Lions Club, Boys and Girls Club Board, Vice President Roswell JAYCEES, Roswell UFO Festival Committee Chair, New Mexico Speech, Language, Audiology and Hearing Aid Practices Board Chair.

Lyndsay Woodford

Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist
Lyndsay was born and raised in Carlsbad, NM. She began her career in healthcare after graduating from Carlsbad High. For the next 10 years, she served in various capacities at local skilled nursing facilities and hospitals. Continuing her desire to serve, she found interest in putting her love of technology, healthcare, and language to use as a Professional Hearing Instrument Specialist at Miracle-Ear where she has been growing for the last 10 years. Lyndsay is board-certified by The National Board for Certification: Hearing Instrument Sciences. She is licensed by the New Mexico Speech-Language Pathology, Audiology, and Hearing Aid Dispensing Practices Board and is a Fully Certified Miracle-Ear Technology Consultant.

Krystal Dyer

Hearing Instrument Specialist
Krystal has been a resident of Southeastern New Mexico for over 25 years. She attended high school at Hobbs High until 2010. She also attended school at NMJC. For several years she served in various capacities at local companies from oilfield administration to hospitals and clinics. She found her passion for helping others as a Professional Hearing Instrument Specialist with Miracle-Ear New Mexico. Krystal developed her love and talent for patient care while working for Dr. John Kernan in Hobbs where she worked until his retirement in 2018. She continues her love for patient care as a fully Certified Miracle-Ear Consultant.

Lauren Moraza

Patient Care Coordinator
With over a decade of experience in the field as a Coordinator, Lauren is an expert in managing everyday operations in the office, including scheduling appointments, coordinating with insurance providers, and managing complex reports and spreadsheets. She understands the importance of personalized care and attention to detail. Laurens' favorite part of working at Miracle-Ear is that every day is truly rewarding. To see the look on our patients' faces when they can hear again is so priceless. In addition to her professional experience, Lauren is a dedicated mother and wife who finds immense joy and fulfillment spending time with her husband and son. Being a parent has taught her the importance of time management and prioritization, and she brings that same level of dedication and focus to her work.

Megan Wright

Hearing Instrument Specialist
Megan joined the Miracle-Ear family in 2016 and shortly after became a Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist in the state of Pennsylvania. Since then, she has been dedicated to improving the lives of our patients who are hearing impaired. Megan enjoys meeting new people, forming relationships with them and being able to improve their quality of life through the gift of sound. In addition, she loves spending time with loved ones and cherishes time spent with her husband and dog. She is committed to providing exceptional service to each and every patient, and takes great pride in helping improve their communication and overall quality of life.

Jackie Rhodes

Front Office Specialist
I'm a Florida native who moved to Southeast Missouri several years ago and I love it here in the Midwest. I'm a proud mom and grandmother and spend time with my family whenever I can get away. I've been a part of the Poplar Bluff Miracle-Ear since May of 2023. I absolutely love our patients - getting to know them and joking with them brings me joy. 

Tom Wright

Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist

I have been working with Miracle-Ear since 2018 but have been working in the industry for more than 20 years. I am a Poplar Bluff native and a lifelong resident of Southeast Missouri. I hold degrees from Three Rivers College and Poplar Bluff High School. I have three children, and I am an avid sports fan. I especially love to play golf and watch football. I am active in the Poplar Bluff Lions Club and Business Networking International.

Amy Hopper

Front Office Specialist
I am a married mother of three. I grew up in Jackson but currently live in Cape Girardeau. I have worked with Miracle-Ear since 2021 but have worked in the medical field for over 18 years. I enjoy working at Miracle-Ear because I see that we can really help improve people's lives with the use of hearing aids. Before working here, I came to the Cape Girardeau Miracle-Ear for a hearing test and found out I had significant hearing loss. I received excellent care from Kyle and hearing aids have helped my relationships at home, work and elsewhere. I no longer feel like I am missing out and I love helping people feel the same way I do!

Barbara Kirn

Franchise Lead Front Office Specialist
I have been working with Miracle-Ear here in Cape Girardeau since 1994. I grew up in Chaffee, MO, and currently live in Jackson with my husband Rodney. We have two daughters and three grandchildren. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my grandchildren and going on cruises. My favorite part of working with Miracle-Ear is getting to know and love the people on both sides of our counter. I love to hear their stories and keep up with their happenings.

Kyle Griffin

Hearing Instrument Specialist
I am a Poplar Bluff native and have been working with patients at Miracle-Ear of Cape Girardeau since 2006. I am a married father of four. In my spare time, I enjoy camping with my family, hunting and fishing. I love getting to meet so many interesting patients in our office and having time to get to know them and their families. I love seeing the positive impact we have on their lives.

Marilyn Berkbuegler

Hearing Instrument Specialist
I have lived in Perryville all my life and I have worked with Miracle-Ear since 2008. I am married and have three children and four grandchildren. I like keeping up with the St. Louis Cardinals, the St. Louis Blues, and NASCAR racing. My favorite part of working at Miracle-Ear is meeting new people and working with our patients.

Madison Berkbigler

Hearing Instrument Specialist
I live outside Perryville with my two dogs. I grew up on a farm outside of Perryville, where we raised cattle. I grew up hunting and fishing, which is what I like to do in my free time now. I also like to enjoy going on Side-by-Side rides and baking. I have been with Miracle-Ear since 2023. The best thing about working for Miracle-Ear is helping people hear their friends and family better.

Debra Winters

Front Office Associate
I grew up in Fisk and now live in Dexter with my three wonderful children. In my spare time, I love doing furniture renovation but most of all I love spending time with my family. I have been with Miracle-Ear since 2022.My favorite part of working with Miracle-Ear would have to be helping people improve their quality of life through hearing better. I have worked in the medical profession for 20 years and during my time at Miracle-Ear, I've seen the biggest impacts and have enjoyed helping people live a better life.

Bridgette Swinford

I was born and raised in Chaffee, Mo. I am currently attending SEMO and working towards my bachelor's degree in marketing. In my free time I enjoy spending time with family, friends, and my dog. I started with Miracle-Ear as a marketing intern before becoming a Hearing Instrument Specialist trainee in 2023. I earned my Hearing Instrument Specialist license in 2024. What I love most about working at Miracle-Ear is getting to see people's eyes light up when they can finally hear the sounds and conversations they have been missing out on for so long.

I am married and live in Fredericktown with my husband and stepdaughter. My favorite part of working with Miracle-Ear is getting to see someone's life change firsthand. Being able to hear is such an important way we experience life, so helping someone get that back is quite a privilege. And to top it all off, I get to work with an amazing group of people!

I live in a rural area with my husband, daughter and our dog. We love to go shopping, camping, and fishing. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I love to cook and bake. I have been working for Miracle-Ear since 2010, and I absolutely love helping people hear better. I was born with a severe hearing loss, and I understand the struggles that come with losing your hearing. It makes my heart so happy when I see how our hearing aids have helped someone have a better quality of life.

I live in Farmington MO with my husband, my father who we help care for and our "girls" - 3 wonderful little dogs. I have worked with Miracle-Ear for 18 years and receive awards from Missouri Hearing Society every year for my commitment to continuing education. I've had the benefit of helping hundreds of patients reconnect with family and friends and help make their lives better through better hearing. I love educating our patients on how our newest technologies can improve their hearing performance and demonstrating that benefit in the office with a live DEMO of our product.

Shannon Flanagan

Shannon Flanagan has dedicated over 30 years to Miracle-Ear, bringing deep experience and unwavering commitment to the wellbeing of his patients. Outside of work, Shannon is a devoted family man who cherishes time with his wife, their seven adult children, and three beloved dogs. He finds joy in winter camping, bird hunting with his dogs, and tinkering with his tractor and vintage VW Rabbit Pickup—pursuits that reflect his love for the outdoors and hands-on adventures.

Ryan Neider

Ryan Neider is a Miracle-Ear Franchisee who operates offices across Idaho and
Nevada. He is a Nationally Board Certified Hearing Aid Specialist and holds state
licenses in both Idaho and Nevada. Ryan is passionate about building strong teams of
hearing care professionals dedicated to helping people reconnect with the sounds of
life.

Based in Twin Falls, Idaho, Ryan and his family enjoy spending time outdoors, whether
it’s bike riding, hiking, or camping. Together with his wife, he takes pride in managing
their franchise with strong family values and a commitment to creating a Miracle-Ear
team that delivers compassionate, patient-focused care to every individual they serve.

Why I love Miracle-Ear
I enjoy working for Miracle-Ear for many reasons. Being at the front desk I am usually the first point of contact for our patients; I get to start the relationship with the patients from the beginning. Connecting with people for me is very enjoyable. The number one reason I love my job is seeing what Gene and Doreen can do for their patients with help from hearing aids, I have seen countless lives change for the better.
